Blue Sky did a great roofing job on my duplex investment property in Largo, replacing joists and plywood, new peel stick underlayment, and torch down, and finished the fascia with cement hardie-board. Nice work all around. I referred them to a very good friend who also had Blue Sky replace shingles with a completely new metal roof on their 3/2/2 single family home in Clearwater and she was very pleased as well.

Was looking for a roofing company because we had a leak. Our roof was not that old and this leak was found to be around the hood vent. We had several companies want to give us a complete new roof without even talking about a repair. When Robert from Blue Sky Roofing in Largo came, he said, just let me take a look at it. He did a thorough examination of where the leak was coming in the attic and also on top of the roof. He said yes, we have a leak and he was able to pinpoint it and come up with a solution to fix it. No hard sell. Blue Sky fixed the leak and shored up some areas that could have potential leaks. Installed an attic fan for extra ventilation. So when it does come time for a new roof we will no doubt go with Blue Sky.

New roof was put on my building last week roof seems ok so far but my skylite was blocked either sleeve slipped down but the sunlite wasn’t coming in as it should so I called company they sent out Luis and Zane they did a good job getting my lite coming thru again it’s partly cloudy out now but it looks good

Blue Sky Roofing went above and beyond to help us get our roof replaced. We had a number of quotes and inspections done, but they were by far the best priced and most personable among their competition. We met the entire team as well as one of the owners, and they took the time to walk us through the process and help us understand each aspect. Chris was our project manager and he was there with us every step of the way. The man was very resourceful and knowledgeable on any questions or issues that came up. During the work, there were no issues and they communicated to us the entire time with anything that came up. The biggest flex was how clean everything was when the work was done, with the animals and our kid, it was very important there were no nails or anything laying around. These guys are great! Our project manager Patrick walked us through every facet of the project. He answered every question, showed us all options, and really made the whole process very easy. The crew showed up on time and installed the roof paying close attention to detail to protect landscaping, HVAC system and insuring no debris was left behind when the install was complete. Over the course of the last year I have used Blue Sky Roofing (Largo location) for two separate projects, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome from each. The first project was a full roof replacement that was long overdue and encompassed both the pitched and flat portions of my home. Within 48 hours of initial contact Blue Sky had a project manager (Ben) on site at my house to perform a full inspection where he explained to me the overall process as well as preliminary timelines if they were selected as the contractor of choice. When the quote came in it was exactly as detailed in our initial discussion and I decided to go with Blue Sky. They were not the cheapest quote that I received but the professionalism and attention to detail that Ben displayed assured me that the project would be completed on time and done in a way that would provide peace of mind for years to come. The project was executed according to the plan that Ben and I discussed and went off without a hitch. Based upon our initial project success when it came time to replace the facia, soffits, and gutters on my house I reached out to Ben and he was once again back on site in a matter of hours to scope out the project and align upon deliverables and expectations. Once again the team executed flawlessly and I would HIGHLY recommend Ben and Blue Sky Roofing to anyone considering taking on similar projects.

We needed a new roof due to its age and the hurricanes blew.off some shingles. We had five estimates done and they weren't too far off from one another. We chose Blue Sky Roofing, because of how thorough they were with the estimate, the communication that exceeded our expectations, the materials included in their package, and the way they were willing to do their best to work with our time line needs. Chris, our project leader, explained step by step what would happen. Jon called to tell us when the materials would be delivered and they arrived right on time. The roofing crew were some of the hardest workers ever, didn’t play loud music to bother work-from-neighbors, covered the entire areas all around the house with tarps, and picked up every single nail with large magnets. We have a dog, so I checked for nails and there none left. When the County Inspector came, he said what a great job Blue Sky did and everything was perfect! Jose, the crew leader took photos of every step of the process for putting on the roof! Another Blue Sky employee came by to pick up the County approved paperwork and showed us some of the photos where they replaced some wood. We were also extremely impressed when we stopped by the office to give our down payment check. The project managers were about to start a meeting and we met some of them. Blue Sky Roofing made the daunting task of putting on a new roof such an easy process. We are so appreciative and our neighbors have complimented Blue Sky's end product, too!

Our house has a flat roof including the main building and the garage, both of which are flanked by mansard. Not an easy proposition to work with especially as the roof had survived over 18 years since the previous replacement. Blue Sky did an extremely professional job in replacing the roof including repairs to the substrate. The Sales Representative did a good job of explaining how the work would be undertaken and following up on our questions. My wife and I were very impressed with the work ethic of Blue Sky’s work crew. Over three and a half days , the crew were always on time at the crack of dawn and only took an hours lunch break. Each day they were diligent in cleaning the property prior to leaving and removed all waste materials. The follow up by the Supervisor was thorough paying close attention to ensuring that the completed roof would be waterproof. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with the performance of Blue Sky on our home.

a roof is a huge expense and we really wanted to make sure we picked the right company. blue sky roofing did an amazing job. from the first guy we traded emails with until the final nail was picked up, it was an absolute pleasure. everything happened right on plan. they showed up on time, finished on time, and stuck strictly to the budget with no surprises at all. it's crazy that having nothing eventful take place is cause for a glowing google review but if you pick the wrong contractor, it's quickly obvious that a run-of-the-mill roof installation with no surprises is a total win. we had several areas where we had some wood rot and needed replacements not just plywood here and there but that didn't slow them down or cause any surprise charges. they had at least one, sometimes two guys up on the roof with clipboards taking photos, keeping the crews on track, and providing updates. this was great b/c it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing no corners were being cut. the whole team was also very accommodating to my kids and dogs while on-site. finding a good trade is really tough these days. this felt a lot more like dealing with a team of pros than someone who you constantly feel like they are trying to pull one over on you. they also left the property completely cleaned up, it's been a couple of weeks and i still don't think i've found a single nail or errant shingle anywhere. i highly recommend these guys. great work all around.

The crew was very respectful of our property, careful with the driveway placement of the dumpster, and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. What really stood out was how attentive they were while working. When they saw our kids coming home from school and walking around the house, they immediately used the magnetic nail sweepers around the front door and walkways to make sure everything was safe. That level of detail meant a lot to us. They finished the roof faster than expected, and today Pinellas County completed the final inspection and said everything looked fantastic. My prior shingle roof was over 20 years old and I wanted to replace it before the chance of an emergency came up due to a nasty storm. Plus it was important to me to have the time to chose the roofing company I wanted, which an emergency roof disaster would not have allowed. I got 5 quotes. It came down to two companies that I had to choose between. A very good friend recommended Blue Sky. It was due to his recommendation, my own research of Blue Sky, and the salesman's good character and genuineness that I went with them. I had a metal roof put on. I have certainty that it will not come off, no matter the storm or high winds. I also had 3 solar tubes installed, which I love. I am very happy with Blue Sky's speed of service once the project started, and the product they delivered.

I was forced into an early replacement of my tile roof in Florida after the hurricanes and not too happy about the big ticket expense. Given my poor attitude going into the purchase, Bluesky made this process about as smooth as it could be. Jeff originally came out to help with an emergency repair to stop the leak we had while we went down the insurance route then gave us a ton of space while we waited on insurance and considered our options. Finally, we decided to replace with another tile roof and I couldn't imagine a better experience for a big ticket purchase. Jeff not only gave us the most competitive quote among the 3 we requested from local companies, but also offered the most amount of upgrades, assurances, product preference, etc of all the companies. When it came time for the work the actual crew was kind, courteous, they cleaned up the job site every day, and were cognizant to always keep the fence gate closed on account of our dogs (pet peeve of mine among workers). What I appreciated most about Bluesky was they always seemed trustworthy, honest, respectful and most of all kind...I'm sure there are many companies that can do great work, but I think Bluesky delivered much more than just a finished job.

We needed a new roof (after 12 years) due to a GAF faulty shingle warranty. We contacted several roofing companies for quotes and Blue Sky Roofing was the only company who offered to take care of ordering all of the materials using our materials voucher. Jeff El-Khalidi came to our home for the initial consultation and to learn the circumstances surrounding our warranty claim. Jeff was very professional, thorough and courteous every step of the way, which gave us piece of mind knowing we were selecting the right company to install a quality roof. We rent and had damage during Hurricane Ian. Our homeowner lives out of the country and contacted Blue Sky Roofing to replace the roof. From the beginning the company went above and beyond to make sure that we had communication along with the homeowner to know what was going on. When it came time to schedule they were fantastic with working with our schedule. My husband works nights and sleeps during the day. One phone call to explain the situation and we were assured they would come on a day he was off to not disrupt his sleep schedule. Everyone we spoke to was amazing. We were told when to expect the dumpster, when the crew would show up, what the process would be with inspections, when we could expect completion and when the dumpster would be picked up. The roof was completed today and we’re 100% happy and know our homeowner will be as well! No more worrying about if it’s going to leak during a storm. The crew was great, if we needed to come or go they were courteous and respectful, they would stop to make sure nothing fell on us. They had people cleaning up all day. After the roof was done and they had left we went outside and checked the yard (we have a dog and didn’t want to chance her stepping on a nail), we couldn’t find a single one. To be honest if the dumpster wasn’t still in the driveway you wouldn’t know the roof was just replaced today. Thank you to Kelly, Ben and the crew for the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. 100% recommend this company and will pass their information on to anyone I know who needs a new roof.

We had a very positive experience working with Blue Sky. Will, Jon, and Keleigh were always easy to contact and explained the whole process. Will was very patient as we had to deal with our insurance after Hurricane Ian. The crew worked very hard and finished just as it was getting dark. They did come out the next day to finish cleaning up and do a last check of everything. I highly recommend Blue Sky Roofing.

They had an amazing work ethic, cleaning up our yard at the end of the day of job materials/ debris.
