a great company and great crew. could not have been more pleased with the results.

a roof is a huge expense and we really wanted to make sure we picked the right company. blue sky roofing did an amazing job. from the first guy we traded emails with until the final nail was picked up, it was an absolute pleasure. everything happened right on plan. they showed up on time, finished on time, and stuck strictly to the budget with no surprises at all. it's crazy that having nothing eventful take place is cause for a glowing google review but if you pick the wrong contractor, it's quickly obvious that a run-of-the-mill roof installation with no surprises is a total win. we had several areas where we had some wood rot and needed replacements not just plywood here and there but that didn't slow them down or cause any surprise charges. they had at least one, sometimes two guys up on the roof with clipboards taking photos, keeping the crews on track, and providing updates. this was great b/c it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing no corners were being cut. the whole team was also very accommodating to my kids and dogs while on-site. finding a good trade is really tough these days. this felt a lot more like dealing with a team of pros than someone who you constantly feel like they are trying to pull one over on you. they also left the property completely cleaned up, it's been a couple of weeks and i still don't think i've found a single nail or errant shingle anywhere. i highly recommend these guys. great work all around.

We recently had our roof replaced by Blu Sky Roofing and had a great experience from start to finish. Ramon and Patrick were both fantastic to work with, the estimate process was smooth, communication was great, and everything moved quickly and efficiently. The crew was very respectful of our property, careful with the driveway placement of the dumpster, and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. What really stood out was how attentive they were while working. When they saw our kids coming home from school and walking around the house, they immediately used the magnetic nail sweepers around the front door and walkways to make sure everything was safe. That level of detail meant a lot to us. They finished the roof faster than expected, and today Pinellas County completed the final inspection and said everything looked fantastic. Sad to officially be done because they were honestly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Blu Sky Roofing - don’t bother with anyone else!
